  Very difficult to deal with. They installed my wood floors several years ago and we were very pleased, so I went back when I needed some more remodeling. This was a whole different experience. I ordered new light beige carpet for two bedrooms. He sent some builders quality carpet (junk). It showed immediate wear and I'm only one person here for 4-5 months. When I wanted to up grade he charged me an additional $900.00 and the carpet is less than perfect. I also had 2 sinks replaced, a medicine cabinet (a second bought at Home Depot) not what I wanted. He sent me $45.00 back because he overcharged. All in all a less than satisfactory experience.
